The Bofors ghost is back to haunt the CBI and Congress party almost after a year when the Supreme Court sought a response from the agency to a plea on retrieval of money withdrwan by Italian businessman Ottavio Quattrocchi, an accused in the Rs 64 crore Bofors pay-off case, from his UK bank account.
